NOTE: Only use these instructions if you usually log in with a username and password. If you usually log in with an email link (most common), click or tap here for instructions.

If you are unable to log in 

  1. Open the myFlexPay app.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Tap Next.
  4. Under Log In, tap Request a new password.
    • NOTE: If you have already performed these steps and are still having an issue, or have not received a Password Reset email from us, please raise a ticket with our Support Team and we'd be happy to help.
  5. Follow the instructions in the Password Reset email to choose a new password.

If you are currently able to log in

  1. Log in to the myFlexPay App.
  2. Tap Profile.
  3. Tap Change password.
  4. Enter your Current password.
  5. Input a New password.
    • NOTE: Passwords must be 8 characters in length, cannot use special characters, and must differ from the last password used.
  6. Re-enter new password.
  7. Tap Set Password.

NOTE: Once your password has been reset, you will need to force-close the myFlexPay app on your mobile device before logging in with your new credentials.
