Why are my Shifts showing as "Pending"?
When your new pay period starts, there will be a temporary period of time where you will receive new shift data for this pay period, but will be unable to access it. This temporary window is known as the payroll lockout period.
As the lock date on the schedule approaches, you'll stop having access to the previous pay period and your access to the current pay period will be opened; shifts will no longer show as PENDING, when the payroll lockout period completes (PLEASE NOTE, AS THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT: timings can delay as long as 36 hours after the expected date in the schedule that is provided. myFlexPay staff have a rough estimate at this time for the dates when each payroll lockout period ends)
Please raise a ticket to the myFlexPay Support team requesting a copy of your payroll lockout schedule. PENDING shift data is an inevitable part of the myFlexPay experience, and it is always better to know the lockout schedule in advance, than to be taken by surprise by a lockout period on a date when you expect to be able to transfer from your day's worked shifts
